I was born in England of Jamaican parents and emigrated to Canada as a child. I stayed in the same job for a long time because I didn’t know I was able or I would be hired for other jobs.

After changing roles and having a number of unfortunate experiences (where I felt like others were limiting me or had no faith in me) I choose to face failure and I applied for my dream job at Salesforce (spoiler alert, that’s where I work now).

What are your daily resposibilities?
– Conduct demos and discovery calls to explore client requirements
– working with other teams to build out demos to exceed client expectations

What advice would you give to the 15 – 18 year old version of yourself?
Do things out of your comfort zone – make consistency and persistence your superpowers, you’ll win if you can work consistently at a task (others will drop off in time).
Don’t listen to the voices that tell you that you can’t achieve any goal you set for yourself. Try and if you don’t succeed you know that you can’t, but never let anyone tell you that you can’t
