What is your educational background?
I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology and Law from Carleton University.

What are your daily responsibilities?
My days consist of managing a group of 15 sales represntatives, software engineers and customer service representatives, ensuring that our goals to provide top notch service to our clients. Conference calls, presentations and software demonstrations are all a part of my responsibilities.  

What hurdles did you face?
Being the first person to graduate from university in my family was definitely a big hurdle. Not having someone as an example was very challenging but also served as motivation to get it done. Growing up in a low income home was also a hurdle, not being able to have everything that all of the other youth had was tough. 

What advice would you give the 15 year old version of your self?
Follow your passions and remember that you are not defined by your currents circumstances.
