What is your educational background?
I was a person that had no direction, but was not afraid to try new things. I studied Early Childhood Education to begin and I still use most of the information learned in my current role while teaching new concepts to athletes.
What are your daily responsibilities?
Preparing training activities for athletes.
Provide 1on1 support for the athletes which includes nutrition advice and general mentorship.
What hurdles did you face?
I faced hurdles all the time, there is always adversity but you need to block the noise and continue to do what im passionate about and enjoy the process.
What advice would you give to the 15 – 18 year old version of yourself?
Never stop improving and do everything with a purpose.
