What is your educational background?
I studied Psychology at Ryerson and did a research thesis there. I went on to do healthcare research at various hospitals across Toronto.

What are your daily resposibilities?
Currently my day consists of managing business operations for easy. as well as social media management, marketing, customer service. I also doing workshops and speaking engagements across the city meant to empower and inspire.

What hurdles did you face?
All the time! I battle constantly with the fearful voice in my head that is full of self doubt. I’m learning everyday to silence and move past that voice in order to expand into the life I desire.

What advice would you give to the 15 – 18 year old version of yourself?
My advice to myself would be to embrace who I am. Stop trying to fit in and learn to appreciate every little thing that makes you different, that makes you unique. Those exact things will draw people to you and give you a message that can help people down the line.
