Julie Christiansen

Registered Psychotherapist
I was born in Jamaica, immigrated to Canada in 1975 at the age of 6. I decided very young I wanted to be a therapist but I also always loved writing and communications. My journey to my current profession was full of twists and turns. I worked in mental health, brain injury services, corrections, as a professional speaker, a journalist, and even as a conference project manager. My heart has always been to help people create positive, radical, lasting change, and that remains My mission today.
