Born and raised in Canada, I was an at-risk youth who had many struggles with school. It is crazy because looking back at it – I feel If I had some sort of mentorship or someone to support me in finding things I was interested in, I might have been different. When my life began to get on track, I realized I wanted to help people see things that make them happy; In a fulfilling work environment. I started out doing social work-based jobs with various vulnerable populations for almost three years, then I started to enjoy helping people with their career journey, which led me to employment counseling.

Diploma in Community and Justice Services and a Bachelors Degree in Human Rights and Equity

Resume creation, Job searching, Interview Prep, and advocating for clients to employers

What advice would you give to the 15 – 18 year old version of yourself?
Sometime’s, the bigger picture is not always clear at the start of your journey, but when you reach where you are supposed to be, it will always make sense.

 Help clients set and work towards career-related goals

Coach clients on building self confidence, employment skills and physichal/mental goal setting

Act as a mentor and someone for their clients to confide in.
