Faith Biyapo
Regional Manager – TD Bank Group
I was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I moved to the US before relocating to Canada about 11 years ago. I’ve always wanted to pursue a career that enabled me to make a direct impact in the lives of Black people. I never set out to work in the banking industry. I started my career as a development economist, working across Africa on education projects and institutional partnerships but after about 5 years in, I wanted to try something different so I decided to get into banking. As Regional Manager, Black Community Business Development for TD Bank Group, my role is to serve as a trusted liaison between the Bank and the Black community. Building trust and understanding the needs of the members of the Black community across the GTA, ensuring we deliver the entire Bank to them with legendary customer service.
